How sheets become pages
Every non-empty sheet becomes a section with its name as a title, starting on a new page. Cell values appear as displayed in Excel, the first row is styled as a header and repeats on each page, and font size shrinks automatically for wide sheets so more columns fit.
Limitations
This is a data export, not a pixel-perfect copy of Excel's print layout: cell colours, fonts, borders, merged-cell layouts, charts and print areas aren't reproduced. Very long sheets are limited to the first 3,000 rows each to keep the PDF readable, and Fylo tells you if that happens. For an exact printout, use Excel's own Export to PDF.
Tips for readable spreadsheet PDFs
Delete unused columns and hide helper sheets before converting — every non-empty sheet becomes part of the PDF. Put a clear header row at the top of each sheet, because it's styled and repeated on every page. If a sheet has more than about 12 columns, consider splitting it so the text stays large enough to read.

Frequently asked questions
Are formulas shown?
Their calculated values are shown, as displayed in Excel.
Will wide sheets fit?
Pages are landscape and the font shrinks for wide tables; extremely wide sheets may still be tight.
Are charts included?
No, only cell data.
Can I convert CSV too?
Yes.
Are hidden sheets included?
Every sheet with data is included, so delete or empty any helper sheets you don't want in the PDF.
Can I convert several workbooks at once?
Yes, each workbook becomes its own PDF.
Are my files uploaded to a server?
No. Excel to PDF runs entirely in your browser — your files are processed on your own device and never sent anywhere. Once the page has loaded, it even keeps working if your connection drops.
