JPG to PDF Converter
Combine photos into one PDF — original quality, no upload
To convert JPG to PDF, drop your images below, arrange them in order and click Convert. Fylo places each JPG on its own page — at its original size or on A4 or Letter paper — and merges them into one PDF without re-compressing your photos. Nothing is uploaded and there's no watermark.

Why turn JPG images into a PDF?
A single PDF is easier to share, print and submit than a pile of separate images. Universities, employers, visa portals and banks often ask for scanned documents — certificates, ID cards, receipts — as one PDF. A PDF also preserves page order and prints at a predictable size on any device.
Original quality, no re-compression
Unlike many converters, Fylo embeds your JPG data in the PDF as-is. JPG compression is lossy, so re-encoding it would degrade every page; copying the original bytes keeps photos and scans exactly as sharp as the source, and the PDF is only marginally larger than the images combined.
The only exception is phone photos with an EXIF rotation flag, which are turned upright and re-saved at high quality so pages aren't sideways. Other formats such as PNG, WebP or HEIC are accepted too and converted automatically.

Frequently asked questions
How do I put multiple JPGs into one PDF?
Drop all the images at once, reorder them with the arrow buttons and keep Combine into one PDF switched on.
Which page size should I choose?
Fit to image makes each page exactly the size of the photo — best for on-screen viewing. Choose A4, or Letter in the US and Canada, if you'll print the PDF or a form asks for standard pages.
Can I convert JPG to PDF on my phone?
Yes. Open this page in your mobile browser, tap the box to pick photos and download the PDF — no app needed.
Will my PDF be searchable?
No. The pages contain images, not text. Making scans searchable requires OCR, which we plan to add.
Are my files uploaded to a server?
No. JPG to PDF runs entirely in your browser — your files are processed on your own device and never sent anywhere. Once the page has loaded, it even keeps working if your connection drops.
